13.Commission Fees & Service Charges
To maintain transparency and provide high-quality service, Monamii Construction Ltd. applies the following commission fees and charges:
a) One-Time Registration Fee: GHS 200
This fee covers consultation, property search, and viewing arrangements.
This amount is fully refundable if you proceed with renting or buying a property through us.
b) Rental Commission (GHS): 10%
For properties rented in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS), a 10% commission is charged based on the total agreed rental amount.
c) Sales Commission: 5%
For property purchases, a 5% commission is charged based on the final agreed sale price.
This fee is only payable after the successful completion of the transaction.
d) Rental Commission (USD): One Month’s Rent Per Year
For rentals priced in US Dollars (USD), the commission is equivalent to one month’s rent for each year of the lease.
e) Commission Payment Terms
All commission fees must be paid at the same time as the first rental payment or property purchase.
We do not charge hidden fees our pricing is clear, fair, and transparent.
f) Transparent Transactions
For the safety and peace of mind of all parties, we strongly recommend that all negotiations and transactions involving landlords, sellers, or property owners be conducted in the presence of Monamii Construction Ltd.

Our team will guide you through every stage of your property journey, from property viewings and negotiations to documentation and post-purchase or post-rental support.
